Welcome to ARI - A Better Stay, where you will find your home away from home!  Our curated and hand-picked selection of rental properties includes something for everyone, from a spread out cabin at the lake to lovely furnished condos steps from downtown coffee shops, eateries and both vintage & apparel boutiques. Phelps Four is a main floor two bedroom, one and half bath condo filled with natural light and beautiful surroundings. We primarily reserve this for at least one month stays, but occasionally if there is a lapse between stays, we might be able to squeeze you in on a weekend!

Spaces for Rest

1. Bedroom One: King bed with 1/2 bath in suite. 
2. Bedroom Two: Queen bed adjacent to full bath 
3. Sectional: Room for two, if it's a short term stay. Ask for bedding.
